About the Role

proven is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead for a contract position based in Dammam. This role is critical for supporting the people, process, communications, training, and business adoption aspects of an Oracle Fusion deployment within a complex enterprise environment.

Role Context and Purpose

The OCM Lead will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, program leadership, functional teams, and end users. The primary objective is to ensure the successful adoption of Oracle Fusion and achieve the intended business outcomes throughout the transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall OCM strategy for the Oracle Fusion program, including change impact assessments, readiness definitions, and governance mechanisms.
• Identify and manage key business stakeholders and champions, fostering strong relationships and facilitating leadership alignment sessions and change workshops.
• Create and execute a comprehensive communication strategy, developing executive communications, leadership messages, newsletters, and program updates.
• Lead training needs analysis and learning strategy development, overseeing the creation of training materials and coordinating delivery for various user groups.
• Monitor and assess organizational readiness, developing adoption KPIs, supporting business process transition, and driving user adoption during all deployment phases.
• Identify and mitigate people-related transformation risks, manage resistance, and escalate critical change management issues to program leadership.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of experience leading change management initiatives for large-scale ERP transformation programs.
• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion implementations within complex enterprise environments.
• Experience working within large enterprise environments and multi-stakeholder programs.

Preferred Experience

• Experience delivering transformation programs in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
• Prior experience working with Oil & Gas, Industrial Services, or Engineering organizations.
• Experience in Asset Management, Maintenance, Finance, Procurement, or Shared Services transformations.
