About the Role

Delta System & Software is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Expert with extensive hands-on experience in Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). This contract position is based in Dammam, Eastern region, and requires a professional capable of independently managing complex SuccessFactors implementations and support activities. The role demands deep configuration expertise across both EC and ECP modules.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute complex SuccessFactors implementations and support activities for EC and ECP.
Configure EC Foundation Objects, Employee Data, Job Information, Position Management, Workflows, and Business Rules.
Configure ECP payroll, including schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll processing.
Manage EC–ECP integration, data replication, and payroll-related interfaces.
Conduct requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, cutover, Go-Live, and production support.
Troubleshoot complex EC/ECP issues and provide root-cause analysis.
Work directly with business stakeholders and lead functional discussions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

10-14 years of overall SAP/SAP HCM experience with strong SuccessFactors expertise.
Extensive hands-on configuration experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
Strong hands-on configuration experience in Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
Proficiency in Role-Based Permissions (RBP), MDF objects, and associations.
Experience with multi-country payroll, including KSA and UAE payroll, with PCR schema expertise.
Familiarity with SAP Integration Suite/CPI, Integration Center, APIs, and OData is preferred.
Hands-on experience with Time-Off configuration is preferred.
