Napco National is seeking a Skilled Helper to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position open to Saudi Nationals with 0-1 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Skilled Helper will provide essential support across various stages of the production process, from preparing raw materials to assisting with job production and waste disposal. This role is integral to ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing Raw Materials (RM) and Other Raw Materials (ORM) for machine operation.
• Ensure Raw Materials are correctly fed into barrels.
• Verify that all ORM (*, cores, air bubbles) are readily available near the machine.
• Support machine setup in accordance with PCC and Job Factory Tickets.
• Load and check various RM/ORM continuously throughout shifts.
• Prepare pallets and packing materials as needed.
• Handle the packing, unloading, palletizing, weighing, and transferring of finished rolls.
• Acquire necessary paperwork and materials (documents, parts, tools) from relevant sections.
• Dispose of generated waste materials.
• Provide assistance to the Team Leader, Lead Operator, and Operator upon request.
• Report any quality defects to QC, Team Leader, Lead Operator, and Operator.
• Support the operator in achieving Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.

• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, requiring active participation in a manufacturing setting. The role involves working closely with a production team to meet operational goals.
