About NourNet and the Role

NourNet is seeking a Sales Account Manager to drive growth across its portfolio of connectivity, cloud, managed services, and cybersecurity solutions. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, focusing on the Eastern Region market.

Role Overview

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for engaging enterprise clients, understanding their ICT solution needs, and consistently delivering revenue. This role requires a professional who excels in client engagement and possesses a strong understanding of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand strategic accounts across Dammam and the Eastern Province.
• Promote NourNet’s full suite of services, including connectivity, cloud, managed services, and cybersecurity.
• Build a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and regional market intelligence.
• Understand customer challenges and deliver tailored ICT and cybersecurity solutions.
• Work closely with presales, delivery, and product teams to ensure seamless solution design and implementation.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on ICT and cybersecurity trends to strengthen customer positioning and solution relevance.

Required Experience and Skills

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within the ICT or related technology sector. Essential qualifications include demonstrated proficiency in enterprise client engagement, a comprehensive understanding of connectivity, cloud, managed services, and cybersecurity solutions, and a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
