About the Role of Sales Engineer

SRACO Company is seeking a Sales Engineer to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves acting as a crucial link between the engineering team and customers, focusing on delivering tailored solutions and ensuring successful project implementation within the SHALALAT ELNASIEM (Operation) department. The position requires a strong technical background and proven experience in industrial equipment sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and present technical proposals to clients within the industrial equipment sector.
• Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions for clients.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to customize solutions based on specific client requirements.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial lead qualification through to contract closure.
• Provide post-sale technical support and work to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive technical documentation, quotations, and reports.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Assist in the development of pricing strategies and conduct margin analysis.
• Participate in trade shows, webinars, and professional networking events.
• Track sales metrics and contribute to revenue forecasting for the department.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field).
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in technical sales, specifically within the industrial equipment sector.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 40% of the time.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proven ability to work effectively as a team player and cross-functionally.
• Valid driver’s license.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Region. The role involves working closely with both engineering teams and clients, requiring a dynamic approach to sales and technical support.
