The Role of Sales Manager

Eaton is seeking a Sales Manager to join its team in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on driving sales and specification of Eaton's Crouse-Hinds and B-Line products across key market segments within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Core Sales and Customer Management

Specify and sell Eaton Crouse-Hinds and Eaton B-Line products to Commercial, Data Center, Industrial, and Oil and Gas segments in KSA.
Provide end-user support through product presentations.
Own and manage customer inquiries, covering both technical and commercial aspects, from initial receipt through successful order conversion.
Understand, evaluate, and prepare customer offers, detailing both technical scope and commercial terms.
Review and assess technical specifications and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to determine suitable product offerings.
Lead and negotiate project offers to improve win rates and maximize conversion.
Ensure timely order execution by proactively managing customer expectations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Achieve assigned profit plan and individual quarterly targets to support overall annual business objectives.

Market Development and Technical Engagement

Identify and develop local upgrade and replacement opportunities, including converting conventional lighting systems to LED solutions.
Drive project specifications with EPCs for KSA projects by promoting and specifying ECH and B-Line products, including LED solutions.
Influence specifications in favor of Eaton’s product portfolio and ensure SSS design specifications for cable tray systems.
Provide basic engineering support to qualify project opportunities.
Coordinate closely with Crouse-Hinds and B-Line application teams to deliver cost-effective and technically optimized solutions.
Leverage Eaton’s cross-selling capabilities to maximize overall Eaton product penetration across projects.
Organize and conduct technical days, seminars, webinars, and “lunch and learn” sessions with end users in the Oil & Gas market and consultants in the commercial market.
Drive sales and specification of ECH and EBL products within the Data Center market, targeting hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data center projects across KSA.
Engage with Data Center owners, consultants, EPCs, and system integrators to position Eaton’s ECH and EBL solutions for power distribution, cable management, lighting, and safety applications.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this Sales Manager position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. The role requires a strong understanding of sales processes, technical product knowledge, and the ability to manage customer relationships effectively within the specified market segments.
