Role Overview

Matrix Fitness Middle East is seeking a Sales Manager to join the Sales & Marketing Department. This full-time position is based in Dammam, within the Eastern Region, and reports directly to the Sales Director - KSA.

Position Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving commercial sales growth and expanding the customer base within the Eastern Region. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, cultivating client relationships, and providing leadership to the sales team to achieve established targets and enhance the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute a strategic sales plan designed to expand the customer base and extend the company's global reach.
• Meet with potential clients and cultivate long-lasting relationships that address their specific needs.
• Identify knowledge gaps within the sales team and develop plans for filling them.
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team.
• Review and analyze sales and operational records and reports; utilize data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
• Identify and analyze customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts.
• Assign territories and set quotas for sales teams.
• Consult with potential customers to understand their needs and suggest appropriate equipment, products, or services.
• Resolve customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.
• Prepare the sales budget and monitor and approve expenses.
• Act as a company representative at trade association meetings.
• Achieve sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Attend team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or a related field, OR a comparable record of sales leadership experience.
• Proven experience as a Sales Closer in the B2B segment.

Work Environment and Details

This is a full-time position within the Sales & Marketing Department of Matrix Fitness Middle East. The role is based in Dammam, located in the Eastern Region. Salary for this position will be discussed during the interview process.
