About the Role

Zahid Tractor is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role focuses on driving profitable growth within an assigned territory by developing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and managing the end-to-end sales process. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The Senior Sales Engineer is responsible for delivering value-based solutions to customers while ensuring compliance with company standards and achieving high customer satisfaction. This involves proactive engagement and strategic management of sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand the assigned territory by identifying opportunities and meeting sales objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent engagement and proactive account management.
• Generate, qualify, and convert sales opportunities, overseeing the sales pipeline from prospecting to order closure.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals that align with customer needs and company goals.
• Negotiate commercial terms within approved authority limits while safeguarding profitability.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and market intelligence.
• Collaborate with various internal teams, including Product Support, Parts, Service, Finance, and Credit, to deliver comprehensive customer solutions.
• Drive customer satisfaction through value-based selling and effective post-sale support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, governance requirements, and ethical selling standards.
• Support smooth order execution, delivery coordination, and documentation processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and business development initiatives.

Experience Requirements

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant sales engineering role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, focusing on direct engagement with customers within the assigned territory.
