About the Role

Al Gosaibi Services Co., Ltd is seeking a Technical Support Supervisor to lead its support team. This full-time position is based in the Eastern Province, covering Dammam, Dhahran, and Al Khobar, and requires strong leadership skills combined with practical experience in technical support.

Role Overview

The Technical Support Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily technical support operations, ensuring efficient resolution of issues, and managing the technical support team. The role involves a blend of leadership, technical problem-solving, and administrative tasks to maintain smooth IT operations within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Supervising the technical support team and distributing tasks effectively.
Monitoring and resolving issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
Managing user accounts and permissions across various systems.
Preparing equipment and accounts for new employees and managing their closure upon departure.
Managing technical contracts, assets, and software licenses.
Tracking support tickets to ensure timely resolution and adherence to service standards.
Monitoring security protocols and ensuring devices and systems are updated.
Preparing comprehensive technical support reports and performance metrics.
Coordinating with vendors and other departments to resolve complex technical issues.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in technical support, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Proven experience in supervising a technical support team.
Strong understanding of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
