About the Role

Endress+Hauser Group is seeking a Utilities Sales Manager to lead and expand the Utilities business across Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Region, and involves developing strategic customer relationships and driving sales performance within the sector.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to achieve sales, profitability, and market development objectives for the Utilities business, ensuring alignment with Endress+Hauser’s values and business strategy. The manager will be responsible for fostering growth and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Promote Endress+Hauser values including Excellence, Commitment, Friendliness, and Sustainability.
Develop and execute the Utilities Sales Plan to meet sales, order intake, revenue, and gross profit targets.
Identify new business opportunities, strategic projects, and key accounts within the water, wastewater, power, energy, and utilities sectors to drive market growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, engineering consultants, EPC contractors, system integrators, and key decision-makers.
Support the sales team in customer engagement, negotiations, account development, and major business opportunities.
Monitor sales performance, pipeline development, market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, implementing corrective actions as required.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular business and market reports to management.
Collaborate with Internal Sales, Product Management, Projects, Service, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver integrated customer solutions.
Ensure effective resource allocation, customer coverage, territory management, and team development.
Drive customer satisfaction, profitability, and sustainable business growth.
Ensure customer feedback, complaints, and service requirements are addressed effectively and promptly.
Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the Utilities Sales team to achieve high performance and business objectives.
