Sales Manager Diesel Generators

About the Role

Hudson Manpower is seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Diesel Generators for a client in Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position based in Dammam, Jeddah, or Riyadh, with an all-inclusive salary package of SAR 13,000–14,000 per month. The role requires a professional with a strong background in power solutions and a proven track record in sales leadership within the Saudi Arabian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
• Drive business development across sectors including Oil & Gas, Construction, Industrial, Infrastructure, Data Centers, Rental, and Government.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, consultants, contractors, and EPC companies.
• Manage major projects, tenders, commercial negotiations, and key accounts.
• Provide technical and commercial guidance on diesel generators and power solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with engineering, service, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 10–12 years of overall experience in diesel generator sales, power generation, or power solutions.
• Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia in a Sales Manager or equivalent sales leadership position.
• Strong technical and commercial knowledge of generator systems, including generator sizing, synchronization, AMF/ATS, and power solutions.
• Experience with brands such as Cummins, Perkins, FG Wilson, Mitsubishi, MTU, Volvo Penta, Kohler, AKSA, or Caterpillar is preferred.
• Proven track record in business development, team management, key account management, and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• A Saudi driving license is preferred.

Work Arrangement

This is a contract position. The role is based in Saudi Arabia, with opportunities in Dammam, Jeddah, and Riyadh. The compensation package is SAR 13,000–14,000 per month, all-inclusive.
