Account manager (C&I Pre sales)

About the Role

Sungrow MENA & Central Asia is seeking an Account Manager (C&I Pre-sales) to join their team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role focuses on leading customer engagement strategies for Commercial, Industrial, and Residential (C&I) accounts within Saudi Arabia, requiring 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Sungrow's customer engagement strategy for Commercial, Industrial, and Residential (C&I) accounts in Saudi Arabia.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and technical influencers.
• Plan and conduct structured customer meetings, delivering corporate and technical presentations tailored to customer needs.
• Localize and maintain PV&ESS product documentation for the KSA market, including grid codes, regulations, project references, and market-specific content.
• Provide customers with updates on certifications, approvals, project milestones, and strategic company developments.
• Prepare customized technical presentation materials for customer visits.
• Maintain records of customer contacts and share account insights with Sales teams to support business growth.
• Collaborate with the Technical Team for solution understanding and client meetings.

Collaboration and Internal Alignment

This role involves significant internal collaboration to ensure effective customer support and strategic alignment across various departments.

• Work with KSA C&I Sales owners (Accounts Manager, Key Accounts Manager, BD Manager) to align on C&I accounts, schedule engagements, and share structured account intelligence.
• Collaborate with Solutions teams to validate technical content and route advanced technical topics.
• Engage with MEA/HQ marketing/product teams for content governance, approvals, and launch communications.
• Work with Service pre-sales when trainings include commissioning, grid compliance, or service packages.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field, demonstrating a strong background in account management and pre-sales activities, particularly within the Commercial and Industrial sectors.
