About the Role

Caliberly® - Recruitment Agency is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team. This full-time position is available in the Eastern region, specifically in Dammam and Jeddah. The role focuses on client relationship management, business growth, and account development, with a preference for candidates experienced in IT outsourcing, IT consulting, IT services, or staffing.

Role Overview

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective service delivery. This position requires a professional with a strong background in developing and maintaining client accounts, particularly within the IT sector or staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver suitable solutions.
• Manage client expectations, service delivery, and account performance.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and support contract renewals.
• Achieve account growth and revenue targets while ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in account management, client servicing, or business development.
• Experience in IT outsourcing, IT consulting, IT services, or staffing is highly preferred.
• Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to grow accounts, identify opportunities, and manage multiple client relationships.
• A good understanding of the KSA market and business environment is an advantage.
