About Perfect Vision and the Role

Perfect Vision is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead its sales operations in the Eastern Province. This full-time position, based in Dammam, involves driving revenue growth and expanding the company's presence across the region, particularly in fleet management technology and telematics solutions.

Regional Sales Leadership

As the leader for Perfect Vision in the Eastern Province, the Area Sales Manager will own the region's overall sales target. This includes setting strategic direction, coaching and developing the sales team, and personally managing strategic key accounts. The role requires a focus on driving revenue growth across the portfolio, with performance measured on the entire region's results, not solely individual deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the Eastern Province sales team, owning the region's overall sales target and revenue growth.
• Set, distribute, and track individual and team targets, and build and execute a regional business plan to meet and exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
• Coach and develop the team through regular one-on-ones, pipeline reviews, and joint client visits, and manage performance to keep the team on track.
• Recruit, onboard, and grow the sales team as the business expands.
• Oversee the team's pipeline and CRM, consolidating accurate area forecasts and reporting performance to leadership.
• Personally lead and grow strategic key accounts and major deals, especially in fleet management and telematics, through to closure.
• Steer the team's targeting and go-to-market strategy to win new business across construction, oil and gas, logistics, and industrial sectors.
• Ensure the team understands client operational needs and positions the appropriate Perfect Vision products and solutions to address them.
• Guide the team on proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations, and lead high-value negotiations through to contract closure.
• Coordinate with technical, installation, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction across the region.
• Represent Perfect Vision at industry events, key client meetings, and demonstrations across the region.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing, and provide insights to the commercial team.

Qualifications and Experience

• 4–7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in fleet management and telematics solutions, including experience leading or supervising a sales team.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals, both individually and through a team.
• Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills, with the ability to set direction and hold a team accountable.
• Ability to plan, forecast, and manage a regional sales pipeline and budget.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with consultative, solution-based selling to both technical and commercial stakeholders.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time role based in Dammam, Eastern Province. The position requires active engagement within the region, representing Perfect Vision at various client meetings and industry events.
