About the Role

Procapita Group is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Manager on behalf of a leading healthcare organization specializing in medical rehabilitation services in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is based in Dammam, Eastern Region, and requires a commercially driven and results-oriented professional to lead revenue growth and market expansion initiatives.

Role Purpose and Impact

The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding the organization's client and referral networks, securing strategic partnerships, and increasing patient acquisition. The role also encompasses establishing and overseeing the marketing function to directly support the organization's commercial objectives and overall business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase patient acquisition, and achieve commercial targets.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, potential revenue streams, and opportunities for market expansion.
Establish and strengthen strategic partnerships with hospitals, healthcare providers, insurance companies, corporate clients, and relevant institutions.
Develop and expand referral networks to generate qualified leads, increase patient volumes, and drive business growth.
Lead the end-to-end business development cycle, including prospecting, relationship management, commercial negotiations, and closing agreements.
Establish, develop, and oversee the marketing department, ensuring its activities directly support sales growth, lead generation, and business development objectives.
Direct the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and brand positioning initiatives.
Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, revenue targets, and marketing ROI, implementing initiatives to improve commercial results.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and strengthen market positioning.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in business development and marketing, preferably within the healthcare sector.
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve commercial targets.
Experience in establishing and managing marketing functions.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
