Role Overview

Panworld Education is seeking a Business Development Executive for a full-time position in Dammam, Eastern Province. This role focuses on driving K-12 growth across Dammam and the Eastern Province. The Executive will represent Panworld in the region, act as a partner to school leaders, and work to achieve sustainable, long-term business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Retain and grow key accounts by building partnerships with existing schools and identifying new opportunities.
• Acquire new business by identifying, approaching, and onboarding new K-12 schools throughout Dammam and the Eastern Province.
• Sell solutions by understanding each school's goals and aligning them with appropriate resources from publishing partners.
• Deliver clear and persuasive presentations to principals, academic heads, and decision-makers.
• Drive sustainable revenue by developing a strong pipeline, achieving targets, and ensuring year-on-year business growth.
• Provide market insights on school needs, competitor activities, and education trends to inform regional strategy.
• Represent Panworld through school visits and attendance at education events and exhibitions across the region.

Work Environment and Scope

The primary territory for this role is Dammam and the wider Eastern Province. Regular visits to schools are required, with occasional travel within Saudi Arabia. The role involves collaboration with school leaders, internal academic, sales, and marketing teams, and publishing partners. The Executive will manage their own accounts and pipeline, influencing business growth within the region.
