About the Role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join their team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is focused on expanding sales opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and promoting the company's brand within the construction sector.

Role Purpose

The Business Development Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying and securing new business, while also nurturing existing client accounts. This position requires a proactive approach to market penetration and relationship building, with a direct impact on the company's growth objectives in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales programs to ensure comprehensive coverage of all sales opportunities within the designated region.
• Manage project client relationships, including maintaining existing accounts and acquiring new clients for the company.
• Establish and strengthen a professional network within the construction field, engaging with owners, government agencies, investors, consultants, developers, contractors, real estate owners, and brokers.
• Identify key decision-makers within target institutions, build and activate strong relationships, and participate in relevant networking events such as business dinners, conferences, seminars, and exhibitions.
• Negotiate and close major contracts and agreements with clients to increase business volume.
• Promote and maintain the company's name and brand reputation within the target market.
• Commit to achieving management goals and implementing required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Submit periodic reports to the direct manager.
• Execute all functional activities using safe and environmentally friendly methods.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the construction sector.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role involves direct engagement with clients and stakeholders primarily within the local and regional construction market.
