About FAHSS WLL Co. Ltd. and the Opportunity

FAHSS WLL Co. Ltd. is a leading service provider in the technical industry, with over 30 years of experience since its founding in the 1980s. The company specializes in Inspection, Certification and Auditing, HSE Advisory, Product Certification (International Trade Services), Metrology & Calibration, Food Laboratory Testing, and Training & Technical Support. We are seeking a dedicated Coordinator VI, Audit to join our team in Dammam, KSA, for a full-time position.

Role Purpose and Reporting Structure

The Coordinator VI, Audit plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective and efficient coordination of audit planning and administrative activities. This position is responsible for supporting smooth operations across audit planning, logistics, documentation, and reporting functions, contributing directly to enhanced departmental performance and auditor productivity. The successful candidate will report directly to the Section Head, KSA CAS Technical.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and manage documentation related to audit planning, company profiles, client databases, and auditor CV databases.
  • Ensure effective and timely planning and scheduling of audits in line with the annual audit plan to maximize auditor utilization and productivity.
  • Manage and coordinate audit logistics, including travel arrangements (tickets, visas), accommodation, and transportation, ensuring timely execution and cost efficiency.
  • Compile, review, and dispatch audit files to Certification Control in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure high accuracy and timely issuance of invoices, while maintaining proper billing records.
  • Maintain and update audit tracking logs and records (daily, weekly, and monthly) to support audit control and monitoring.
  • Coordinate recertification processes and support the efficient issuance of certificates, ensuring compliance with timelines and requirements.
  • Manage customer feedback, ensuring timely follow-up and implementation of corrective actions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and work instructions as per QHSE, ISO standards, and legal/regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Degree or Diploma combined with relevant experience is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field with a Degree, or 7 years of experience in a similar field with a Diploma, is desirable.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
