About the Role

ACCA Careers is seeking a Manager for its Audit team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves leading complex audit engagements and contributing to business growth within a globally connected organization. The role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience to ensure high-quality client service and foster team development.

Key Responsibilities

As an Audit Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage the delivery of audit engagements. This includes defining the audit strategy in consultation with senior leadership and executing it in accordance with Ernst & Young's policies. You will personally conduct complex audit procedures when necessary and lead teams on engagements of varying sizes. Additionally, you will assist in managing the financial aspects of engagements, including staffing and fee tracking, and communicate issues to project leaders. Participation in business development initiatives is also expected.

The ability to manage competing priorities, effectively allocate resources, and communicate clearly are essential skills. Required Qualifications

• Seven years of professional experience in external audit.
• A strong academic record.
• A professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or CA.
• Experience working with a Big 4 accounting firm.

• Experience with risk-based audit processes.
• Coaching, mentoring, and counselling experience.
• Experience in the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region.
• Proficiency in the Arabic language.
