About the Role

CemServ is seeking a Demand Planning Specialist to join our team in Dammam 3rd Industrial City, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for managing demand forecasting and planning across various product categories within an industrial environment. The specialist will play a key role in optimizing inventory and ensuring operational efficiency.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to establish and maintain alignment between sales, operations, and the supply chain. The Demand Planning Specialist will work to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained, proactively prevent stockouts, and minimize excess inventory, thereby supporting the company's operational goals and financial health.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage accurate demand forecasts across multiple product categories.
• Collaborate with sales, business development, and operations teams to align forecasts with overall business plans.
• Monitor demand trends and proactively identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Balance demand and supply to ensure optimal inventory levels are consistently maintained.
• Utilize specialized forecasting tools and planning systems to enhance forecast accuracy.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and present data-driven insights to management for informed decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in demand forecasting and planning, preferably within an industrial environment.
