About the Role

Multilink Management Consultants is seeking an Estimation Engineer to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time position requires a professional with a background in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering and significant experience in estimation processes.

Role Overview

The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for the comprehensive analysis of tender documents, technical specifications, and engineering drawings to accurately determine project costs and prepare detailed bid packages. This role is central to the company's tendering process, ensuring competitive and precise proposals.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze Invitations to Tender (ITTs), scope of work documents, and technical specifications to understand project requirements.
Extract material quantities (Material Take-Offs and Bill of Quantities) from engineering drawings, single-line diagrams, and P&IDs.
Perform detailed cost calculations for materials, labor, and other project components.
Evaluate vendor quotes to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with project specifications.
Compile comprehensive techno-commercial bid packages for submission to clients or main contractors.

Qualifications and Experience

A degree in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering is required.
Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in an estimation engineering role.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern Province. The salary for this role will be discussed during the interview process.
