About the Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a F&B Service Expert (Waiter) to join our team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time position is open to Saudi Nationals only and requires 0-1 years of experience. The role focuses on creating memorable dining experiences for guests through attentive service and efficient operations.

Role Purpose

The F&B Service Expert is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service that goes beyond basic food and beverage delivery. This involves taking initiative to ensure guests enjoy their meals and overall dining experience, contributing to a unique and memorable visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting tables according to established standards.
• Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Interacting with and serving guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Cleaning work areas and maintaining supplies.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This role requires maintaining a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, and upholding quality standards. Professional appearance and communication are essential. The position involves physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and moving over various surfaces. Tasks include reading and verifying information, and handling objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, or 50 pounds with assistance. This also involves reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
