About the Role

Edition is seeking an F&B Service Expert to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on creating a unique and memorable dining experience for guests, extending beyond just food and beverages. The F&B Service Expert takes initiative to provide a comprehensive range of services, ensuring each meal is exceptional.

Key Responsibilities

Setting tables and preparing dining areas.
Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Interacting with guests and providing attentive service throughout their meal.
Cleaning work areas and maintaining supplies.
Ensuring that all guest interactions contribute positively to the overall dining experience.

All team members are expected to uphold essential standards for success, including creating a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, and maintaining quality standards. Professionalism in uniform, personal appearance, and communication is required at all times.

Physical Requirements

The F&B Service Expert role involves physical demands that include:

Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
Moving on sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
Reading and visually verifying menu information.
Handling objects, which includes moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing up to 25 pounds (* kg) without assistance, and up to 50 pounds (* kg) with assistance.
Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should have 0-1 years of experience in a relevant service role. The ability to perform all listed tasks proficiently and any other reasonable duties assigned is essential to ensure guest satisfaction and business success.
