F&B Host

About the Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking an F&B Host to join the team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time position is focused on creating memorable dining experiences for guests, extending beyond basic food service to encompass unique interactions and attentive service.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting tables and preparing dining areas for guests.
• Communicating effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Interacting with and serving guests, aiming to enhance their overall dining experience.
• Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
• Processing transactions as part of the guest experience.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, including moving over varied surfaces.
• Capability to read and visually verify information, particularly related to menus.
• Physical dexterity to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently, and up to 50 pounds with assistance. This includes reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. A commitment to delivering a meaningful guest experience and functioning as a team player is essential for success in this role.
