About the Sales Consultant Role

Bayut KSA, a leading property portal in the Kingdom and part of the Dubizzle Group, is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join its team in the Eastern region, specifically Dammam. This full-time role focuses on connecting with clients and providing them with effective advertising solutions to meet their business needs.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. This involves conducting daily calls and market visits, adopting a consultative approach to understand client business goals, and educating them on how Bayut's advertising solutions can drive results. The role requires cultivating a pipeline of prospects, presenting sales and marketing solutions, and creating relevant campaigns to maximize client returns.

  • Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closed sales.
  • Maintain consistent daily customer calls and market visits.
  • Educate clients on aligning business goals with Bayut advertising solutions through a consultative approach.
  • Cultivate a pipeline of high-value prospects for long-term growth.
  • Support clients by presenting sales and marketing solutions and creating relevant campaigns.
  • Understand client business needs and set appropriate data-backed expectations.
  • Prospect for new clients and respond to inbound customer requests.
  • Draft and deliver proposals based on customer needs.
  • Report on sales activity and market intelligence.
  • Represent the company and its brand professionally in the marketplace.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A valid and current driving license in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is mandatory. The role requires 2-5 years of experience, including sales experience within the internet advertising industry. Familiarity with CRM operations and a strong understanding of industry trends and the competitive landscape are essential.

  • Valid and current Driving license in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the internet advertising industry.
