About the Gate Controller Role

Napco National is seeking a Gate Controller for a full-time position in Dammam, Eastern Province. This role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to contribute to the company's security and operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Enforce company regulations and policies related to Health, Security, Safety, and Environment (HSSE).
• Provide assistance to individuals with special needs at the gates.
• Support Napco management in maintaining a safe and secure environment by ensuring 100% implementation of HSSE procedures.
• Safeguard company assets against deterioration, theft, and misuse.
• Immediately report any safety or security concerns to the direct supervisor.
• Adhere strictly to Napco security procedures, following all guidelines and completing required security forms.
• Monitor property entrances and electronic surveillance equipment to ensure proper functioning and premises security.
• Follow and implement all security directives from HSSE department management.
• Maintain 100% vigilance and presence at the assigned security post while on duty.
• Respond promptly to any emergency, performing required roles in a timely manner.
• Inform and coordinate with the safety team on safety issues, ensuring the application of safety measures and reporting non-compliance.
• Contain and manage problematic or unusual situations involving employees, contractors, or visitors, escalating as necessary.
• Coordinate with plant management to address security-related exceptions and ensure efficient and secure premises.
• Maintain the implementation of the 5S program in all security guard houses without prior notice.
