About the Opportunity

GTSC Part of 3t - Middle East is seeking a General Manager to lead its Saudi Arabia business. Based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, this full-time role involves taking full ownership of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) P&L and driving sustained, profitable growth across the region. This position offers a leadership opportunity for a proven business leader.

Leadership and Strategic Impact

The General Manager will hold a high-profile leadership position, responsible for overseeing a multi-functional team. A key aspect of this role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients and government bodies. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future growth trajectory of one of the region's prominent training and workforce development businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and expand the KSA business, assuming full P&L responsibility and delivering profitable growth.
  • Develop and implement business strategies aligned with corporate objectives and market opportunities.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with corporate clients, government entities, partners, and regulatory authorities.
  • Drive operational excellence, enhance service delivery performance, and foster continuous improvement across training centre operations.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team, while actively supporting localisation and Saudization objectives.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities to strengthen market leadership and facilitate expansion into new industrial sectors.

Candidate Profile

  • A senior business leader with demonstrated experience within the training, learning, workforce development, or related sectors.
  • A proven track record of delivering commercial growth and effectively managing business performance through P&L ownership.
  • Possession of strong financial, operational, and strategic leadership capabilities.

Essential Skills and Market Expertise

  • Deep knowledge of the KSA market, encompassing its regulatory, accreditation, and commercial environments.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
