About the Role

National Initiative Human Resource Company is seeking an Industrial Engineering Manager for a Tier-1, market-leading PEB & Structural Steel company in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time position involves leading industrial engineering, productivity, and operational excellence initiatives within manufacturing operations.

Role Context and Focus

This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a professional with significant exposure to PEB / Structural Steel manufacturing. The role focuses on productivity optimization, capacity planning, manpower effectiveness, and process improvement across the client's operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead industrial engineering efforts across fabrication and production operations.
• Drive initiatives for productivity improvement, process optimization, and operational standardization.
• Establish work measurement, productivity standards, and performance benchmarks.
• Optimize capacity, manpower, workflow, layouts, and resource utilization.
• Identify bottlenecks, process losses, idle time, and productivity gaps.
• Develop KPI dashboards and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives with Production, Engineering, Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, HR, and Maintenance teams.
• Develop and lead the Industrial Engineering team.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial engineering, with strong exposure to PEB / Structural Steel manufacturing.
• Demonstrated experience in productivity optimization, capacity planning, manpower effectiveness, and process improvement.
• Proven leadership skills in managing industrial engineering teams and initiatives.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern region, Saudi Arabia.
