About the Internal Auditor Role

Raya Financing Company is seeking an Internal Auditor to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in auditing or a related field, offering an opportunity to contribute to the organization's compliance and operational efficiency.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Internal Auditor will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating the organization's financial and operational processes. This involves ensuring adherence to regulations, identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable recommendations to senior management. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to conduct comprehensive audits and analyze data effectively.

• Conduct audits of financial and operational processes to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for process enhancement and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Develop and maintain audit procedures and checklists to support audit activities.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure adherence to regulations and best practices.
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. While 1+ years of experience in auditing or a related area is preferred, individuals with 0-1 years of experience will also be considered.

• Strong understanding of auditing principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical skills, with experience utilizing data analysis tools.
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining audit procedures and checklists.
• Knowledge of regulations and best practices relevant to auditing in Saudi Arabia.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) are considered an advantage.
