About the Role

Jobs for Humanity is seeking a Junior Site Engineer with fit-out experience for a full-time position in Dammam. This role is crucial for supporting daily site operations and ensuring the successful execution of interior fit-out works. The position requires immediate joining for candidates residing in KSA with a valid iqama.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and subcontractors to ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Oversee the proper execution of fit-out works, including finishes, joinery, doors, ceilings, and flooring.
• Coordinate with the HSE team to maintain safe site operations.
• Inspect delivered materials to verify compliance with approved specifications.
• Monitor material availability and report any shortages promptly.
• Coordinate equipment allocation and optimize its utilization on site.
• Support coordination efforts between subcontractors and project teams.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of mock-ups as required.
• Report progress, risks, delays, and site issues to the Construction Manager or Project Manager.
• Prepare and submit daily site reports detailing activities and observations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in fit-out construction projects is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience in interior fit-out construction is essential.
• Strong knowledge of finishes, joinery, ceilings, flooring, and other interior works.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings accurately.
• GCC experience is preferred.
