About Baseel United

Baseel United is seeking a Fit out Senior Site Engineer to join its execution team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is integral to managing site operations for high-end interior fit-out projects.

Role Summary

The Fit out Senior Site Engineer will lead site execution, ensuring the delivery of high-quality interior fit-out projects. This involves overseeing all site activities to meet project specifications, budget, and schedule requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations for high-end interior fit-out projects.
Supervise site engineers, subcontractors, and site labor to ensure work complies with approved shop drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines for integrated project delivery.
Coordinate material delivery, site logistics, and installation processes to meet project timelines.
Inspect execution quality, resolve technical site issues, and ensure strict compliance with HSE standards.
Conduct regular progress reviews and coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients.
Monitor work adherence to drawing specifications and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
Review materials delivered to the site for conformance with approved samples, materials, and equipment.
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
5–7 years of professional site execution experience, with a strong background in Fit-out and Finishing projects. Construction experience is preferred.

Skills and Competencies

Technical & Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).
Strong ability to coordinate across disciplines (Civil, Architectural, and MEP) on-site.
Deep understanding of BOQs, shop drawings, finishing details, and material submittals.
Key Competencies: Strong site leadership, progress reporting, quality monitoring, and problem-solving skills.
