About the Role

Perfect Vision is seeking a Key Account Manager to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to manage and grow client relationships within our dynamic environment.

Role Purpose

The Key Account Manager is responsible for driving sales, promoting company products and solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves active client engagement, understanding specific customer needs, and presenting tailored proposals to achieve sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets set by management.
• Promote company products and solutions to existing customers and attract new clients.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products and services to effectively explain them to customers.
• Study customer needs and requirements to present suitable solutions and proposals.
• Implement sales policy and comply with performance indicators (KPIs) and job tasks for weekly, monthly, and annual evaluations.
• Follow up with various departments to ensure efficient order processing and timely delivery to customers.
• Deliver strong presentations that clearly demonstrate the value of products and services to clients.
• Manage customer accounts and provide necessary support to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain continuous communication with customers through regular visits and professional engagement.
• Follow up and ensure timely collection of invoices and receivables from customers.
• Register all sales opportunities and potential customers in the CRM system and keep records updated.
• Prepare reports related to visits, communications, and sales activities.
• Provide reports about market competition, prices, and offers.
• Prepare sales plans and identify potential opportunities.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct manager within the scope of the department.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants for this position should possess 0-1 years of experience in a related sales or account management capacity.
