About the Role

Al Shuwayer Group of Companies is seeking a Laser Machine Operator to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position involves operating CNC fiber laser cutting machines to meet production plans and ensure high-quality output. The role requires 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC fiber laser cutting machines according to the production schedule.
Properly load and unload raw materials, specifically sheet metal.
Read and accurately interpret technical drawings and cutting programs.
Perform machine setup, adjust parameters, and conduct basic troubleshooting.
Ensure the quality of cuts meets specified dimensions and edge quality standards.
Minimize material waste and optimize sheet utilization during operations.
Execute routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance tasks.
Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain high housekeeping standards.
Immediately report any machine issues or breakdowns to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience as a Laser Machine Operator or in a similar role.
Demonstrated ability to operate CNC fiber laser cutting machines.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
Experience with machine setup, parameter adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will work within a manufacturing environment, focusing on precision cutting operations.
