About the Role

PSA BDP is seeking a Logistic Service Executive to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position involves coordinating and executing customer orders in strict accordance with client requirements and established procedures, while upholding BDP's ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the processing of customer orders.
Conduct plausibility analysis of customer orders.
Plan, book, and manage transportation orders.
Coordinate and follow up on shipments.
Handle customs processing for both export and import operations.
Manage documentation, administration, invoicing, and filing tasks.
Provide feedback to customers through various channels (mail, phone, EDI), including internal and external reporting of shipment statuses.
Perform operational troubleshooting as required.
Report non-conformances in line with established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with approved subcontractors, ensuring adherence to agreed rates.
Oversee end-to-end processing of logistics operations.
Ensure punctual and flawless order handling and documentation.
Process freight audit payments.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in logistics or a similar field. The position requires a professional who can manage complex coordination tasks and ensure compliance with both customer and company procedures.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern Region. The role involves working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient logistics operations.
