Logistics Service Coordinator PSA SGP

About the Role

PSA BDP is seeking a Logistics Service Coordinator PSA SGP to join their team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time position involves the coordination and execution of customer orders, ensuring adherence to client requirements and established procedures. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage order processing from initiation to completion.
• Plan, book, and arrange transportation for orders.
• Coordinate and follow up on shipment progress.
• Handle customs processing for both export and import shipments.
• Manage documentation, administration, invoicing, and filing tasks.
• Provide timely feedback to customers through various channels, including internal and external reporting of shipments via mail, phone, or EDI.
• Address and resolve operational troubleshooting issues.
• Report non-conformances in line with defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure adherence to approved subcontractors and agreed rates.
• Process shipments from end to end.
• Ensure punctual and flawless order handling and documentation.
• Adhere to health policies, safety guidelines, and sustainable practices set by the organization and within the workplace.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A professional degree from a licensed educational institution specializing in logistics and forwarding is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Software applications and/or other market-leading software applications is required.
• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
