About the Manufacturing Junior Technician Role

Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries & Medical Appliances Corporation (SPIMACO), established in 1986, is a Saudi Joint-Stock company focused on enhancing its capabilities and diversifying its pharmaceutical product portfolio. SPIMACO is seeking a Manufacturing Junior Technician to join its team in Dammam. This full-time position offers an opportunity for individuals with 0-1 years of experience to develop technical skills within a manufacturing environment.

Role Purpose and Responsibilities

The primary purpose of this role is to assist in technical operations, fostering skill development and expertise. The Manufacturing Junior Technician will support system maintenance to ensure operational continuity and actively engage in learning and applying essential technical skills. This includes supporting equipment and systems maintenance, collaborating with senior technicians on projects, and participating in training programs to build technical proficiency.

Key Functional Duties

• Ensure adherence to safety, cGMP, and operational standards in all tasks.
• Coordinate workflow and tasks with team members to maintain efficiency.
• Execute assigned tasks in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines.
• Operate and monitor equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Record operational data and report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Assist with the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment as directed.
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation standards.
• Manage inventory records and stock levels.
• Facilitate quality control by conducting tests at various stages.
• Organize facilities, materials, and workstations for enhanced productivity.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in a relevant field or High School diploma.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
