Role Overview

Haleon is seeking a Medical Representative - Dental Executive - Oral Care Line for a full-time position in Dammam, with responsibilities extending to Riyadh. This role focuses on promoting oral care products to dental professionals and pharmacies within the private sector. The Medical Representative will serve as a subject matter expert in assigned categories, possessing knowledge of the DHCPs landscape and competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Focus on all channels within the Expert segment (Dentists, DHCPs) and private sector pharmacies in the East area of KSA, including Riyadh.
Align with the detailing cycle plan and marketing strategy, adhering to global and area guidelines to secure expert recommendations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Medical teams.
Deliver on innovation, performance, and trust objectives.
Understand and comply with Haleon policies and procedures, including conducting Management Monitoring.
Assess client needs and present suitable promoted products.
Liaise with and detail targeted HCPs, Pharmacists, and the Public Sector to promote Haleon oral care products (*, Sensodyne, Parodontax, Corega) using effective selling skills and cost-benefit analysis.
Provide product information and deliver product messages.
Attend internal and external meetings, conference calls, training sessions, and symposium circuits as recommended by the direct manager.
Ensure adherence to compliance and governance standards for SOPs and ABAC.
Maintain trust-based relationships with clients, reflecting Haleon attributes.
Conduct territory analysis, planning, problem-solving, execution, and competitor feedback, and report results.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback.
Pursue continuous self-learning and professional development.
Report daily field activities and visits through Veeva to the Regional Sales Manager (RDM) and act on managerial directions to improve performance.
Adhere to Haleon Samples DHCPs/HCOs SOPs consistently.
Complete all required online and classroom trainings as part of the development process.
Support the team in improving market share data for oral care products.
Undertake individual projects to foster personal growth and contribute to company objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 year of relevant experience.
Demonstrated ability to understand and apply Haleon policies and procedures.
Proficiency in effective selling skills and cost-benefit analysis.
Capability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
