About the Role

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Medical Representative to join our team in Dammam, Eastern region. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The Medical Representative serves as a crucial link between Hikma Pharmaceuticals and healthcare professionals, playing a vital role in enhancing product awareness and utilization.

Role Purpose and Impact

The primary objective of this role is to increase the awareness and use of Hikma’s pharmaceutical and medical products. This is achieved through targeted sales and marketing activities and services, including direct field engagement. The Medical Representative will promote a defined portfolio of products to customers and key accounts, working within established guidelines to achieve specific sales and marketing targets under the guidance of a Supervisor or Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Review updated records of sales targets and activities, and assess performance against established goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Hikma customers, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital medical teams, by organizing appointments and events.
• Inform and engage healthcare professionals to encourage the prescription, dispensing, and use of Hikma products to meet sales targets.
• Enhance awareness of Hikma products through continuous learning and effective information sharing with healthcare providers.
• Gather current information about doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals, and prospect new customers to maintain efficient customer lists.
• Ensure proper product availability, comprehensive territory coverage, timely reporting and feedback, and monitor competitor activities and products.
• Track and review Hikma products’ market performance based on client responses and other indicators, actively anticipating new market opportunities.
• Prepare timely planning, feedback, and sales documentation/reporting for the supervisor/manager as required, ensuring optimal territory coverage.
• Adhere to company rules and regulations, ensuring compliant behavior in all professional correspondence and activities.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. A strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and sales principles is beneficial.

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern region, involving field activities and direct interaction with healthcare professionals.
