MEP Project Manager

About the Role

Fletcher Piccolo Associates (FPA), a well-established main contractor based in Dammam, Eastern Region, is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager. This full-time role involves overseeing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) packages across major building projects.

Role Overview

The MEP Project Manager will hold overall responsibility for the coordination and delivery of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works. This includes ensuring that MEP packages are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in full compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all MEP activities across assigned building projects.
• Oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and associated specialist MEP packages.
• Coordinate MEP works with civil, structural, architectural, and finishing teams.
• Manage MEP subcontractors, suppliers, and specialist contractors.
• Review drawings, specifications, material submittals, and technical submissions.
• Monitor MEP programmes and ensure works are delivered in line with project milestones.
• Coordinate with consultants and clients to resolve technical and design issues.
• Ensure all MEP installations comply with project specifications, applicable standards, and authority requirements.
• Monitor testing, commissioning, and final handover of all MEP systems.
• Work closely with commercial, procurement, planning, and QA/QC teams.
• Monitor MEP budgets, variations, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
• Identify and resolve technical, programme, and coordination issues.
• Lead MEP progress meetings and provide regular updates to project management.
• Ensure high standards of HSE, quality, and construction delivery are maintained.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP project management.
• Proven experience in overseeing MEP packages for major building projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and installations.

This position is based in Dammam, Eastern Region.
