Role Overview: Merchandiser Team Leader

PepsiCo is seeking a Merchandiser Team Leader to join its team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role is central to optimizing product visibility and sales performance within assigned outlets. The Merchandiser Team Leader is responsible for analyzing sales data, proposing solutions for underperforming products, and overseeing the performance of the merchandising team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor calls on specific OT outlets according to the daily journey plan provided by the supervisor.
• Merchandise SSFL products across various access points within OT stores, including shelves, stands, and floor displays.
• Strategically place POS material adjacent to SSFL displays where applicable.
• Ensure all access points are merchandised in strict adherence to approved planograms.
• Implement the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method for product rotation and remove any sub-standard products.
• Maintain a clean and fresh stock of SSF products on shelves consistently.
• Actively monitor and report competitive activities within the market.
• Report any deviations from agreed terms with assigned OT customers or outlets.
• Participate in sampling and redemption campaigns as required.
• Uphold appropriate personal appearance and professional behavior in line with the Frito Lay code of conduct.

Performance Metrics

Success in this role will be measured by:

• Execution Standard.
• Adherence to the set Journey plan.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in merchandising or a similar field, demonstrating a strong understanding of sales data analysis and team leadership.
