About the Role

C&D Talent Advisory - Academy is seeking a Mid Senior Healthcare Deployment Strategist to join a pioneering AI healthcare company. This organization is developing autonomous AI clinicians designed for large-scale deployment across hospitals, national health systems, and ministries of health. The company collaborates with leading healthcare organizations to redefine clinical operations using advanced AI, partnering with experienced founders who have a track record of building successful ventures.

Role Overview

As one of the initial Deployment Strategists, you will play a foundational role in shaping the company's expansion strategy in the Middle East. This position involves creating deployment playbooks rather than following existing ones. You will be responsible for managing strategic healthcare partnerships from initial engagement through long-term deployment, contributing significantly to how the company scales its operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise healthcare partnerships from the discovery phase to long-term deployment.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with hospital executives, health system leaders, and government stakeholders.
• Drive customer deployments in collaboration with engineering, product, and clinical teams.
• Support business development and strategic initiatives alongside company leadership.
• Design and refine deployment methodologies, operational playbooks, and best practices.
• Address and resolve complex operational challenges within live customer engagements.
• Take ownership of cross-functional initiatives within a dynamic startup environment.

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in deployment, strategy consulting, healthcare consulting, enterprise technology, operations, or customer-facing implementation roles.
• Proven experience deploying complex technology solutions within large, regulated organizations; healthcare experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical literacy and a solid understanding of healthcare delivery models.
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior enterprise stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• A track record of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• High sense of ownership, excellent communication skills, and strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments and building new processes from the ground up.

Preferred Backgrounds

• Experience with top-tier consulting firms (*, McKinsey, Bain, BCG).
• Background in healthcare or digital health consulting.
• Experience as a founder or early employee at a high-growth startup.
• Experience as a health system operator or healthcare technology leader.
• Experience with enterprise software deployment or implementation.
• Exposure to clinical AI, HealthTech, or regulated technology environments.

Work Arrangement

This is a full-time position. The role is based in Saudi Arabia or the United Arab Emirates and involves fully remote work with regional travel as required. Candidates will have the opportunity for direct collaboration with experienced founders and healthcare leaders, contributing to the development of ambitious AI healthcare solutions.
