The Occupational Therapist Role

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. In this role, the therapist will assess patients' functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions. The primary goal is to enhance patient independence across daily living, work, and social activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' functional, cognitive, and physical abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home programs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid SCFHS license.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a rehabilitation or hospital setting.
