OPERATOR

About the Role

Napco National is seeking an Operator to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience and involves ensuring product quality, operational efficiency, and adherence to safety standards within a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Quality Inspector in ensuring product conformity with standard finished goods specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness of the production line during shifts and at month-end.
• Complete and submit daily production reports to the Production Team Leader.
• Properly set up machines and perform necessary size changes.
• Ensure correct handling of raw materials, including receipt, return, and transfers to and from the Raw Material warehouse.
• Communicate any machine-related problems verbally to the Lead Operator and Line Setter.
• Verify that all finished goods pallets, waste bins, waste trolleys, and raw materials are stored in their designated locations.
• Comply with and follow all safety and environmental instructions, and participate in toolbox talks conducted by the HSE officer.
• Engage in consultation and participation at all applicable levels and functions, including the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation, and improvement actions for the OH&S management system.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established procedures.
• Basic understanding of production processes and quality control.
