The Role of Plant Manager, Manufacturing Operations

Reinhausen is seeking a Plant Manager, Manufacturing Operations to lead the establishment and operation of its production site in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires over 10 years of experience and involves overseeing the plant's transition into stable and efficient operations, ensuring overall performance across key metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish, commission, and ramp up the production site in Saudi Arabia, guiding its transition into stable and efficient operations.
• Assume overall responsibility for plant performance, with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and inventory management.
• Ensure safe and compliant manufacturing operations while upholding required quality standards, product traceability, and documentation.
• Develop the plant’s capacity, workforce, infrastructure, and localisation capabilities in alignment with operational and business requirements.
• Lead and develop the local organization, foster Saudi talent, and collaborate effectively across cultures and functions to cultivate a strong, cooperative plant environment.
• Drive operational and cultural change, engage employees throughout the transformation process, and coordinate effectively with suppliers and relevant internal stakeholders.
