PRODUCTION TEAM LEADER

About the Role

Napco National is seeking a Production Team Leader to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position involves overseeing daily production operations and ensuring efficiency and quality within the manufacturing environment. The role requires a professional with a strong background in production management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure correct manning per machine and address manpower shortages to facilitate daily production planning.
• Review and verify daily production reports for accuracy to ensure proper handover during shift changes.
• Supervise machine operability during trials and production, reporting any raw material non-conformities.
• Assign tasks and deadlines to the production team and monitor the achievement of set goals.
• Guide the production team to work safely and effectively, maintaining clean and tidy plant premises.
• Ensure consistent implementation of all hygiene procedures, including hairnets, masks, gloves, and hand sanitization, on the production floor.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Department to secure proper preventive maintenance on all machines.
• Collaborate with the QC Department to ensure the application of all quality procedures.
• Evaluate staff performance and recommend appropriate incentive and training programs.
• Comply with safety and environmental instructions and participate in toolbox talks provided by the HSE officer.
• Participate in consultation at all applicable levels and functions, including the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation, and improvement actions for the OH&S management system.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess relevant experience in a production leadership capacity. A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and team management is essential.

• 5-10 years of experience in a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and guide a production team.
• Proficiency in reviewing production reports and ensuring data accuracy.
• Experience with quality control and maintenance coordination.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern Region. The role involves working directly on the production floor, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
