About the Role

Nadir Ali Shah HR Consultants is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee property operations in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time role involves managing residential and commercial properties, focusing on operational efficiency, tenant satisfaction, and facility maintenance.

Role Overview

The Property Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management of properties, ensuring smooth daily operations, effective tenant relations, and high standards of maintenance. The role requires a proactive approach to property performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties.
• Handle tenant relations, including lease agreements, renewals, and rental collections.
• Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, inspections, and service providers.
• Monitor occupancy rates, rental income, operating expenses, and overall property performance.
• Ensure properties comply with applicable regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Manage maintenance teams, contractors, and external vendors.
• Address tenant complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Prepare periodic reports on property operations, maintenance costs, and financial performance.
• Ensure properties are well-maintained and deliver a high standard of service to tenants.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in property management, real estate operations, or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of property maintenance, tenant management, lease administration, and vendor coordination.
• Experience managing residential or commercial properties is preferred.
