About the Quality Assurance Engineer Role

WISKOTS is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time position is crucial for maintaining and enhancing the company's Integrated Management System (IMS). The role involves ensuring compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards across all operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Plan and conduct internal audits across departments such as HR, Purchasing, Operations, Sales, and QHSE.
• Support external audits and manage certification renewals.
• Manage non-conformance report (NCR) registers and track corrective and preventive actions to closure.
• Conduct risk assessments, maintain the Risk and Opportunity Register, and evaluate the effectiveness of mitigation measures.
• Develop and review Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) plans, Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), and method statements for field operations.
• Review and update documented information, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and work procedures.
• Monitor departmental objectives and targets, reporting on process performance.
• Handle customer complaints, including investigation, root cause analysis, and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Support pre-project quality planning, including ITP development and resource qualification verification.
• Monitor workplace health and safety performance, conduct site inspections, and promote a zero-incident culture.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a QHSE Engineer in the oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial services sectors.
• Valid Internal Auditor certifications for ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System).
• Strong knowledge of audit planning, NCR management, and root cause analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in document control and management review processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is considered an advantage.
• Experience with Saudi Aramco or major EPC contractor requirements is preferred.

Role Context and Location

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Province. The Quality Assurance Engineer will be integral to the operational integrity and continuous improvement efforts of WISKOTS, ensuring adherence to international standards and best practices.
