About the Opportunity

Dana Rayhaan by Rotana is seeking a Sales Executive to join its team in Dammam. This full-time role is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience who are committed to delivering high levels of customer service and developing business opportunities within the hospitality sector.

Role Purpose

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for implementing sales activities and maximizing business opportunities within your specific area of responsibility. The role involves actively generating and maintaining customer relationships for defined accounts and areas through various sales activities, including face-to-face sales calls, telephone communication, and client entertainment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of exposure for the hotel through direct sales efforts.
• Ensure comprehensive coverage of the assigned portfolio, engaging with managerial and departmental executives for client servicing to achieve targets and maximize productivity.
• Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to meet and exceed established targets.
• Solicit and serve transient and group business, as well as meetings.
• Adhere to selling strategies during negotiations and identify opportunities to maximize upselling.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of the property's unique selling points, features, amenities, services, and policies.
• Formulate corporate offer letters, yearly contracts, and other necessary business correspondence.
• Provide feedback on evolving market conditions, including competitor trends, based on direct sales solicitation, telephone interactions, and direct mail.
