About the Role

Iduast Company is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager (New energy and EPC clients) to join its team. This full-time position is based in King Salman Energy Park, Eastern, Saudi Arabia, specifically in Dammam, and is crucial for driving business growth within the renewable energy and EPC sectors.

Role Purpose

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales and business development efforts, focusing on cultivating strategic relationships with key clients. This includes renewable energy developers, EPC contractors, utilities, and industrial clients. The role encompasses managing the entire sales process, from initial engagement and tender preparation to contract negotiation and project execution, with the aim of achieving sustainable business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage key accounts across the renewable energy, EPC, utilities, and industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with project developers, consultants, EPC contractors, and decision-makers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in solar, wind, BESS, hydrogen, and other energy transition projects.
• Prepare and manage tenders, technical proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Oversee the full sales cycle, from business development activities to project completion and payment collection.
• Coordinate effectively with internal engineering, procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and government initiatives, particularly those related to Saudi Vision 2030.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and regular business performance updates.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales or business development experience, with a preference for 5-10 years, specifically within renewable energy, EPC, or industrial projects.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Saudi renewable energy market and Vision 2030 initiatives.
• Proven experience working with EPC contractors, utilities, and project developers.

Required Skills

• Strong negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient relationship management capabilities.
