About the Role

MM Management Consultant is seeking a Service Engineer – Transformer Services to manage end-to-end projects across Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in the Central Province and requires an individual with demonstrated experience in transformer service operations.

Role Overview

The Service Engineer will be responsible for leading all service activities related to transformer projects, from initial planning through to execution and successful closure. This involves ensuring that all services meet established standards for scope, cost, schedule, and quality, while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Transformer Service projects throughout Saudi Arabia.
• Lead service activities from project initiation through execution and closure phases.
• Ensure that services are delivered within the agreed scope, cost, schedule, and quality parameters.
• Coordinate effectively with customers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Manage project and service documentation, progress reports, costing, and financial tracking.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with major utility and industrial customers.
• Manage resources and ensure compliance with company, customer, HSE, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive customer satisfaction, continuous improvement initiatives, and successful project closure.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant service engineering role, specifically with transformer services.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from start to finish.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the Central Province of Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing projects across various locations within KSA, requiring coordination with multiple stakeholders.
